There is a service within the Academy that coordinates the liaison activities between the LABA and the world of work. It makes job or internship offers from companies or institutions available to newly graduated students. The internship is a training experience at an institution that has an agreement with the LABA where students have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the world of work by developing the knowledge acquired during their academic studies. The internship is optional and the period is determined by the number of CFAs (academic training credits) stipulated in the curriculum of the chosen course. CFAs can also be acquired through seminars, study conferences, cultural events, research programmes, participation in competitions and artistic and cultural events.
