Scholarships guarantee the Right to University Study (DSU), promoting the possibility of pursuing studies up to the highest level at the University or Institution of High Artistic, Coreutic and Musical Education (AFAM). The Scholarships and the respective supplements are provided by the Regions and offer able and deserving students, even if without means, economic support to face the course of study. 

The competition for the provision of services for the right to university study is announced in compliance with Ministerial Decree 1320 of 17 December 2021, the relative Circular 13676 of 11 May 2022 and the resolution of the Lombardy Regional Council no. XII/2745 of 15 July 2024 concerning: ‘Determinations regarding the criteria and funding forecasts – also in relation to the PNRR, Mission 4, Component 1, Investment 1.7 – for the allocation of the benefits in competition for the Right to University Study a.y. 2024-2025’.
