The Master has the objective to initiate professional figures able to enter the art- market and cultural entrepreneurship in a conscious and qualified way. Thanks to theoretical training and through targeted internships, members can implement their knowledge .

learning activities

Compulsory attendance provides 1500 hours of training, 900 of which  theoretical  and 600 technical: they will serve to test the pragmatic aspect of each member, capitalizing on the knowledge of problem solving and decision making learned in theory.

The project

The training proposal updates students helping them in achieving  a professional level. Lectures will be taken by cultural operators and major players in the industry, that will provide ample corollary of information and evidence on the management process in the cultural sphere.


The course aims to broaden the knowledge of members, developing technical skills, professional attitudes and motivation in the workplace.

Students will investigate methods of enhancing the artistic and humanistic heritage as well as the possibility of "doing business" in the cultural sector, with particular attention to the roles and rapidly evolving sectors.


The training at institutions or research bodies - such as museums, private galleries, art fairs, foundations, publishers, magazine editors - will allow to build relationships, establish contacts and mature professional activity that will be enriched by visits to museums, foundations and collections, in addition to the design and realization of an exhibition or a cultural event.

The modules developed in the Master are in line with the acquisition of knowledge aimed at developing professional profiles as well as to all other related activities:

the Art System;

criticism and curatorship of art: the history, evolution, roles and practices;

design and production of exhibitions and cultural events; process management; economic planning and resource management;

art market dynamics; planning of collections; art as advice and investment.


The academic program includes 60 academic credits, divided among lectures, workshops and individual research activities.

The preparatory activities will take place at the headquarters of the Academy LABA Production in via Privata de Vitalis, 1 in Brescia.

The Master is activated starting from a minimum number of 7 members, up to a maximum number of 20.
